Purpose of the position
As a senior change manager, you will play a key role in guiding the clients Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization through a running complex Asset Management transformation. You will be responsible for understanding and analyzing the impact of the change, developing a compelling and appropriate change approach, and creating awareness and support among CRE management and departments to embrace new processes and activities and let them execute and sustain the change.
Core responsibilities
- Gain quick and in-depth insight into the changes within CRE asset management as a result of the Asset Management implementation.
- Further developing and implementing a running change approach that aligns with the strategic goals of the program.
- Impact- and stakeholder analysis and building support at various CRE corporate departments, including CRE NL, CRE Global Regions, Contractors (suppliers), CRE Center of Excellence and IT.
- Facilitating workshops, roadshows and communication campaigns to increase awareness and involvement.
- Co-create/improve and implement the composed Training plan.
- Identifying resistance and making interventions to reduce it.
- Build key user community.
- Support the project team.
- Monitoring the progress and impact of the change, and making adjustments where necessary in consultation with the Program Manager.
Required experience and competencies
- At least 7 years of experience in change management within corporate multi company CMMS / EAM implementations.
- Preferably experience with changes in property management or asset management processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex material.
- Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness at all levels of organization. Experience with stakeholder management and guiding behavioral change.
- Affinity with technology and digital transformations.
- Certification in change management is an advantage.
- Preferable Dutch speaking and excellent command of the English language.
