What do you do as a Controller Treasury & Corporate Costs?

A dedicated team is being brought together to deliver on improved control at group level. The team will report to the Head of Group FP&A who also manages FP&A, IM&T, M&A and the BI team.

The Controller treasury and corporate costs is a core position with impact that will take ownership of managing the HQ costs and the control aspects of the treasury operation. We are looking for a professional that can help us further develop and drive the professionalisation of the control activities.

We are looking for a responsible and energetic finance professional with experience in a international corporate environment, working in our corporate offices in Boxtel. You will see it as your responsibility to make a significant contribution in the further improvement and optimisation of the group control function in a proactive and forward-thinking way.

The role

  • Contribute to performance management and support the monthly and quarterly reporting cycles for treasury and corporate departments.

  • Drive the annual budget process and quarterly forecast process for the corporate functions.

  • Be the business partner for the corporate departments through value adding analysis and support on finance related issues.

  • Periodic reporting and control of treasury operations including FX | hedging analyses, compliance certificates for banks.

  • Working capital analyses.

  • Participate in various treasury driven initiatives and projects.

  • Drive further standardization, automation and enhancement of internal management reporting incl. Power BI Dashboards.

  • Ad Hoc Support to the FP&A team.

What do we expect from you?

  • Master degree in finance or accounting, RC, or studying for, is a plus.

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, financial closure, reporting etc., with ability to adapt and optimize processes in your area of work.

  • Good understanding of data analysis and analytical mindset.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, accounting software SAP and reporting tools HFM, knowledge of Cashforce is a plus

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing, while German is a big plus.

  • Occasionally expected to travel within the Netherlands and Germany.
