My name is Eefje and at The Talent Recruiters I work in the versatile position of office manager. I mainly support our owner Monique, but also all sales consultants. I make all contracts, I have contact with customers, candidates and our suppliers. I process all incoming hours and ensure that they are billed correctly. I play a major role in the NEN certification and ensure that all documents are correct on the customer and professional side. I also take on some HR tasks, when internal colleagues start working I take care of contracts and also things like contracts for telephone and laptop. I also take care of the appearance of our office, and take care of all office supplies. When there are team outings, I am the organizer and I also think about everyone’s birthday gifts. The best thing about my job is that it is so varied and that I am involved with everyone. At The Talent Recruiters we work in a very nice team of hard workers, where everyone is always there for you, but where there is also time for a laugh. There is a very open atmosphere and it feels like I’ve been around for years!

Out of office

I have two amazing kids with whom I’m always on the road with. In addition, I like to meet up with friends, go out for a bite to eat, have a game night or have a drink. I like to walk and I absolutely love tennis!
