I conciously made the switch from a large company to TTR Consultancy, a smaller growing company where there is plenty of room for initiative and input. What I like is that it is a flat organization, if you have an idea you can just walk to your colleague, you discuss it and you can quickly get started with it. There is really room for your own entrepreneurship and ideas! And a lot of freedom and confidence in doing your work. What I really like about the way of working at TTR is that all colleagues really work together as a team. If someone has a new vacancy, we will plan some time for a search block and we will all sit down to search together<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
