Doel is te zorgen dat alle collega\u2019s eenvoudig de juiste informatie kunnen vinden om klantvragen te beantwoorden, en effectief en snel bij te dragen aan het commercieel beheer van onze pensioenregelingen en een verbeterde klantbeleving.<\/p>\n<p>Met veel nieuwe collega\u2019s in aantocht is het cruciaal om stap voor stap onze kennisinfrastructuur te verbeteren en stapsgewijs verder te professionaliseren. Wegens piekbelasting bij onze kennismanager zoeken we iemand die de lead kan nemen bij het opzetten van een digitale omgeving die het centrale punt wordt waar updates over processen, systemen, marktontwikkelingen en commerci\u00eble acties voor alle proposities te vinden zijn. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>We zoeken iemand die in deze twee maanden in nauwe samenwerking met de kennismanager:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tot een keuze kan komen voor de meest passende digitale omgeving \u2013 meest waarschijnlijk is dit een sharepoint-omgeving.\n<li>Advies kan uitbrengen voor de inrichting van die omgeving.
