You work closely with experienced colleagues, asset owners, and IT teams to help ensure our IT landscape remains secure, compliant, and well-controlled.<\/p>\n<p>In this role, you contribute to rewrite controls according to standards and support implementing it into day-to-day IT and Data activities. You help translate policies, standards, and control requirements into practical actions, and you gain hands-on experience with how security and compliance work in a complex, global organization.<\/p>\n<p>You will act in close cooperation with a program and the sector security teams. Your key responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Contribute to control improvements by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues.<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Support awareness activities by helping prepare guidance, documentation, or training materials.<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Support the implementation and monitoring of IT and Information Security controls as part of the internal control framework.<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Assist with identifying, documenting, and validating control activities (e.g., evidence collection, control testing, and follow-up actions).<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Support compliance with Information Security policies, standards, and procedures (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST-based controls).<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Collaborate with asset owners and IT teams to help embed controls into everyday work.<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Support reporting on control status, issues, and remediation progress.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong>Education and experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree (or working\/thinking level) in IT, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>1\u20133 years of experience in IT, audit, risk, security, or compliance (internships or trainee roles count).<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Basic understanding of IT controls, information security, or risk management concepts.<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Interest in working with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar (knowledge is a plus, not a must).<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Experience working in a complex or high-tech environment is an advantage.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n<strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Working in a high-tech environment means learning something new every day. As a (Junior) IT Control Analyst, you work closely with others and grow into the role over time.
