The scope of work includes Maintaining, Analyzing, Troubleshooting, installing computer hardware, software, network, video conference rooms and provide hands and feet support for global IT teams.<\/p>\n<p>The most common roles of OSS in Normal Secure are mentioned below (not limited to):<\/p>\n<p>1. Work on Incidents, Service Requests &amp; Assist VIP Support and global IT teams with problems, Onboardings- and Off-Boarding Activities, Remote Support Coordination, Inventory Management.<\/p>\n<p>2. Networking support such as Patching and Debugging.<\/p>\n<p>3. Interact with end-users for requestsincidents and follow up with users via teamsmail.<\/p>\n<p>4. Hardware repair support including offer request &amp; data migration support.<\/p>\n<p>5. Printer support (Toner\/Drum\/Wastebin replacement) &amp; repair support (call vendor and support technician).<\/p>\n<p>6. Installing and decommissioning of hardware (laptops, desktops).<\/p>\n<p>7. Handling all IT waste disposal.<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibility:<\/p>\n<p>Following activities are part of the job (not limited to):<\/p>\n<p>1. Working on incidents and tasks in our ticketing system ServiceNow.<\/p>\n<p>2. Installation of new end-user devices and data migration support.<\/p>\n<p>3. Inventory &amp; Stock Management.<\/p>\n<p>4. Remote support co-ordination and assistance of deployment and decommissioning.<\/p>\n<p>5. Network support (Patching &amp; Debugging).<\/p>\n<p>6. Printer support (Toner\/Drum\/Wastebin replacement).<\/p>\n<p>7. Support for global projects that are getting implemented at the site level.<\/p>\n<p>8. Support for audio\/video equipment in meeting rooms.<\/p>\n<p>9. Assist VIP support with local problems\/topics.<\/p>\n<p>10. Support Lab\u2019s and Manufacturing<\/p>\n<p>?<\/p>\n<p>Job Qualification:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 MBO degree<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Should have experience in 1st and 2nd line support for at least 2 years.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Customer Friendly<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Dutch and English speaking<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in supporting Lab- &amp;
