Objective of the Assignment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Design, develop, and implement an integrated Learning & Development (L&D) portfolio within the domain of Security, Risk & Control, aimed at enabling capability development and supporting strategic business objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Scope and Deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Designed and developed learning solutions (e.g. technical training programs, blended learning, digital learning formats)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Developed training materials and content, including media-rich formats where applicable<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Implementation of learning interventions and training programs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • A structured learning portfolio overview, including prioritization and lifecycle management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Defined evaluation framework (KPIs, effectiveness metrics, ROI indicators)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Periodic performance and impact reports based on data analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
  • Continuous improvement plans based on evaluation outcomes and stakeholder input<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n

    Approach and Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n
    • You will operate independently and determines the appropriate learning methodologies, tools, and delivery approaches<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
    • Stakeholders are consulted to gather requirements and validate outcomes, without hierarchical reporting lines<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
    • Responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of agreed results<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
    • Selection\u00a0and appling\u00a0suitable learning methods (e.g. virtual learning, simulations, AI-supported formats)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
    • Execution is project-based and focused on achieving defined deliverables and impact<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n\u00a0<\/p>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

      To succeed in this function, you bring strong experience in learning and knowledge management within a business environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      You have:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

        \n
      • A master\u2019s degree in a relevant field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • 10+ years of relevant professional experience within Learning & Development (L&D) in complex, technical environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Substantial experience managing learning and knowledge solutions end to end.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Substantial experience working with learning portfolios, roadmaps, and budgets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Extensive knowledge of\u00a0Learning development methods.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Proven experience with metadata-driven learning ecosystems (LMS\/TCD), Kaltura or similar video platforms, SharePoint metadata\/TMS, and reporting (Power BI\/Spotfire\/SMT).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      • Familiarity with media-rich learning (video, animation, web-lectures, VR\/3D) and studio\/AV workflows.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/ul>\n
