Je werkt nauwkeurig, houdt van structuur en bent proactief in het signaleren van verbeteringen. Je komt terecht in een professionele organisatie met korte lijnen, waar jouw idee\u00ebn worden gewaardeerd en waar volop ruimte is voor eigen initiatief.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Wat ga je doen?<\/h2>\n<p>Dagelijks ben je bezig met o.a.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Opstellen van HR brieven en administreren voor verschillende B.V. &#8216;s;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Het verwerken van studie aanvragen en opstellen van studieovereenkomsten;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Administreren van input voor de salarisadministratie (mutatieverslag voorbereiden, verlof &amp; verzuim verwerken);<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Pensioenadministratie en verzekeringsadministratie;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Monitoren verzuimregistratie en wijzigingen verwerken in verzuimsysteem;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Administratieve ondersteuning HR adviseurs;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>HR data en rapportages voorbereiden;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Organisatie en planning van niet verplichte opleidingen;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Eerstelijnsvragen HR mailbox;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Ondersteunen bij HR projecten;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Verbeteren van HR processen;<\/p>\n<li>\n<p>Back up voor de HR Co\u00f6rdinator.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nJe krijgt de mogelijkheid om naast de dagelijkse HR-administratie actief mee te werken aan HR-projecten op het gebied van digitalisering, employer branding, learning &amp; development, duurzame inzetbaarheid en recruitment. Hierdoor krijg je de kans om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen binnen het HR-vakgebied.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Wie zoeken wij?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Wij zoeken iemand met een HR gerelateerde opleiding en 0-2 jaar ervaring met HR administratie. Daarnaast kun je klantgericht en secuur werken. Jouw houding is proactief en je kunt snel schakelen.
