Het team is jong en bouwt sinds ongeveer een jaar aan een nieuw dataplatform in de cloud. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je werkt in een platformteam binnen Pensioenen dat bestaat uit drie junior Data Engineers, \u00e9\u00e9n senior Data Engineer, een tester, twee adviseurs vanuit het centrale IT-team, een Product Owner en een Scrum Master. In deze omgeving is het essentieel om scherp te krijgen wat nu echt nodig is, wat later kan en wat de impact is van nieuwe wensen op capaciteit, planning en technische haalbaarheid. Als senior Business Analist help jij om overzicht, structuur en richting te brengen in deze complexe beweging. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Dit ga je doen <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je vertaalt de doelstellingen van Cloud2028 naar duidelijke business requirements, epics, features en user stories voor het platformteam. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je brengt complexiteit, afhankelijkheden, risico\u2019s en randvoorwaarden zichtbaar in kaart, zodat Product Owner, team en stakeholders bewuste keuzes kunnen maken. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je bewaakt samen met de Product Owner de backlog en zorgt dat deze actueel, geprioriteerd en begrijpelijk is voor zowel business als development team. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je helpt het team scherp te krijgen wat er gebouwd moet worden, waarom dat nodig is en wat de minimale waardevolle oplossing is. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen business, architectuur, data engineers, product owner en programmaorganisatie. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je stelt kritische vragen bij scope-uitbreiding en maakt de impact op planning, capaciteit en technische haalbaarheid expliciet. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Je ondersteunt refinements, planningen en besluitvorming met heldere analyses, scenario\u2019s en concrete voorstellen. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">Wie zoeken we? <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\"><span style=\"color: black\">We zoeken geen junior of medior Business Analist, maar een stevige senior die gewend is om zelfstandig te opereren in een complexe veranderomgeving.
