Has expert process and organizational knowledge to make (process) decisions on critical moments in the project.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Project Management Strategy and Methodology<\/p>\n<p>Has extensive experience with the Project Management Methodology, project reporting, risk analysis and using ASML&#8217;s project management tools. Ensures application and adhere to PPM standards and methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project scope definition<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Plans and leads the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities. Specifies, negotiates, and agrees on project deliverables.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Business Needs \/ Improvements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Plans and coordinates the identification, elicitation of requirements; conducts analysis of those requirements for completion and alignment; documents and manages requirements throughout the life of the project; and coordinates the verification of the end deliverable. Builds and reviews improvement solutions and develops recommendations for implementation of those improvements. Generally done at the project level.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Planning \/ Roadmap<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Manages the production of project and workstream plans, ensuring that all activities are identified, are appropriately organized and resourced to deliver project objectives, and comply with the organization&#8217;s project and program management framework.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Team Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Leads a medium to large project team; defines the project vision and communicates the outcomes needed along with guidance to achieve outcome, manages resources across projects\/programs; negotiates flow of additional team members on and off the team as needed; and builds the capability of the team through training, coaching and mentoring.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Resource Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Manages the deployment of project resources, proactively managing project costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate review points to ensure effective utilization.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Governance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Clarifies roles and responsibilities within the project team and ensures project compliance with ASML&#8217;s wider program and\/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stakeholder Management and Advising<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Plans and delivers stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Risk and Issue Management<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Manages identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these where appropriate. Ensures adequate risk assessment of (high) cross-sector risks within the full scope of the roadmap and is able to interpret the results of the risk assessment. Where risks or issues threaten delivery of the project, develops and agrees recovery plans or, if relevant, together with sponsor\/project board agrees to pause or cancel the project.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Review \/ Reporting<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Manages the project review process; provide stakeholders with accurate and relevant information and key recommendations at agreed review points to enable them to evaluate progress and agree on change.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Project Benefit Realization<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Develops and manages the delivery of a plan to evaluate and track business benefits and to identify actions needed to maximize these.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2><strong>People Development<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ensures continuous and open lines of communication and feedback. Gives feedback to team members and peers on their behavior as team member and helps them to improve.
