One of the products you will support is mySupport Hub\u2014an internal ServiceNow-based portal that enables employee services across HR, IT, Facilities and Finance.<\/p>\n<p>You will work in a multidisciplinary team with, for example, a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Process Analyst and Software Developers. Together with the UX Designer, you will define, embed and run a continuous discovery approach. You will also share learnings within a community of ~70 peer UX professionals focused on employee-facing experiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, UX analytics, etc.) to map, validate and improve end-to-end user journeys.\n<li>Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, clarify priorities and turn insights into a focused research and discovery plan.\n<li>Partner with the team to ensure user insights are understood, prioritized and translated into product decisions and improvements.\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You are a proactive team player with strong communication skills and a passion for advocating for users. You connect UX opportunities to measurable business outcomes and integrate research activities into an Agile way of working.
