The role acts as a connecting link between Legal &amp; Compliance, the business, management, Data Management, Analytics and IT, and supports the planning and delivery of analytics for which the relevant data is largely owned outside Legal &amp; Compliance.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Legal &amp; Compliance Analytics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan analytics delivery for Legal &amp; Compliance and coordinate data-related matters involving multiple parts of the organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Navigate ASML\u2019s complex data landscape to identify and obtain the required data and data sources, including situations where Trusted Data Sets are not available.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with Data Management, Analytics, IT and business stakeholders within the applicable data governance framework.<br \/>\n\u2022 Document the data sources, assumptions, limitations and governance constraints used in analytics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, and support senior stakeholders in decision-making and building support.<br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and support the mandatory Third Party Risk Management initiative, including missing third-party data in SAP MDG and the additional data attributes required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Apply agreed design principles to work towards a golden record for third-party data and support engagement to obtain buy-in for the required investment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Contribute to roadmaps, quarterly planning and periodic meetings, and report on progress, findings and identified risks.<\/p>\n<h2>Knowledge, Experience and Soft Skills:<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Experience in Data Governance, Data Management and analytics within a complex enterprise environment.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of data governance principles, data architecture, data platforms, and the identification and assessment of data sources.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in documenting data sources, assumptions, limitations and governance constraints.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge of or experience with third-party data, SAP MDG, additional data attributes and golden-record principles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to work within established standards, policies and governance frameworks.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to connect Legal &amp; Compliance, business, management and technical teams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak the language of both business and technology.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proactive, service-oriented and skilled at networking, with the ability to connect the right people and expertise.<br \/>\n\u2022 Patient and persistent, with the ability to build support and bring different interests together.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Stakeholders:<\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Legal &amp; Compliance and the Chief Data Office.<br \/>\n\u2022 Data Management, Analytics and IT.<br \/>\n\u2022 Senior business stakeholders and management across different parts of the organization.<br \/>\n\u2022 Technical teams, data platform teams, programme managers, business analysts and consultants within project teams.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"vacancy_categories":[10],"class_list":["post-11209","vacancies","type-vacancies","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","vacancy_categories-it"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Data Governance Manager | TTR Consultancy<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thetalentrecruiters.nl\/en\/vacatures\/data-governance-manager\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Data Governance Manager | TTR Consultancy\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Purpose of the Role: Provide specialist Data Governance support to Legal &amp; Compliance and the Chief Data Office, in line with clients standards, policies and governance principles.
