{"id":4155,"date":"2021-11-03T07:51:56","date_gmt":"2021-11-03T06:51:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetalentrecruiters.nl\/vacatures\/it-business-analyst\/"},"modified":"2022-01-27T10:07:14","modified_gmt":"2022-01-27T09:07:14","slug":"it-business-analyst","status":"publish","type":"vacancies","link":"https:\/\/www.thetalentrecruiters.nl\/en\/vacatures\/it-business-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"IT Business Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Introduction:<\/h2>\n<p>There are several new IT projects for the NL lab that our client will start-up in January 2022.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Role:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Acts as a bridge between IT and the business process owners<\/li>\n<li>Documents and ensures sign-off for Business and System requirements<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Acts as an authority on the Business Requirements, answering questions from the project team and business stakeholders as necessary. Protects project scope and manages Change Requests<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and agrees system design with IT Delivery Team, engaging business stakeholders to validate design questions where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Provides updates to the Project Manager on progress against requirements, and reports any risks and issues impacting scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\nResponsibilities are:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>To understand business processes and challenges within business applications, and communicate this to technical colleagues within IT.<\/li>\n<li>To develop and maintain close collaboration between business and IT.<\/li>\n<li>To engage in strategic discussions with the business.<\/li>\n<li>To analyze, define and document requirements, in close collaboration with the business.<\/li>\n<li>To conduct user interviews with the purpose of composing requirement specifications, use cases and other process diagrams.<\/li>\n<li>To manage, prepare, facilitate and document workshops to obtain requirements.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the Request for Proposal and Vendor Selection processes.<\/li>\n<li>Make use of IT market research and knowledge for Vendor Selection.<\/li>\n<li>To work with Solution Architects and\/or Solution Specialists to determine the best solutions based on the requirements.<\/li>\n<li>To support the creation of decision proposals and business cases.<\/li>\n<li>To support the creation of project plans and operational documents.<\/li>\n<li>To support the project team during the implementation by answering any questions related to requirements, e.g. during the creation of PQ test scripts and traceability matrix.<\/li>\n<li>To participate in follow up sessions once a project is completed to check if the requirements are being met by the project deliverables and support any major changes needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Qualifications:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Proven experience of agile management<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Experience within a life science focused organization<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing at a professional business level<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>PRE: Experience working with GxP regulations, procedures<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"vacancy_categories":[],"class_list":["post-4155","vacancies","type-vacancies","status-publish","format-standard","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>IT Business Analyst | TTR Consultancy<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thetalentrecruiters.nl\/en\/vacatures\/it-business-analyst\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"IT Business Analyst | TTR Consultancy\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Introduction: There are several new IT projects for the NL lab that our client will start-up in January 2022.&nbsp;
