That means the AV host must understand the event scenarios offered. The AV host requires communication and representation skills to guide and support ongoing sessions and help event hosts and presenters to be properly prepared to get the most out of their sessions. AV Host is responsible to support the various partners in the AV chain to ensure the presentations will be compliant with the company policies &amp; guidelines.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#302972\">Key deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#302972\">, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#302972\">AV Host is expected to deliver:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">Run Books<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">Organizational aspects of the Auditorium in general<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">Basic scenario<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">AVR scenario<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">AVR+ scenario<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">Driving change program in collaboration with the partners and the IT architect<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#302972\">Role and responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:12.0pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">As the AV host the technical possibilities of the services and solutions available should be your main expertise already. These include (not extensively):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Audio systems operated from specific audio mixer equipment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Very large LED wall to display a mix of content source<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Wireless microphone systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">PTZ video cameras<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Video matrix equipment to make sure the right video inputs end up at the right video outputs (LED wall and preview screens)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Online meeting and webcasting solutions, primarily focused around Microsoft, e.g., Teams (Live Events), Microsoft Stream, including moderation, feedback\/Q&amp;A\/voting tooling<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Interaction with (external) broadcasting solutions and professional production companies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">Light control<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 12pt\"><span style=\"background-color:white\">In specific situations where the AV host does temporarily not have to drive any outstanding event, he\/she will provide executive support related services together with the executive support representative.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#302972\">Education and experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">3-7 years of experience as AV host or similar role in Corporate organizations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color:white\">Bachelor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\",sans-serif\"><span style=\"color:#302972\">Skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color:white\">Working at the cutting edge of tech, you&rsquo;ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve &ndash; and working together is the only way to do that.
