Within the IT organization, the IT Enabling Functions Solution Delivery department supports ASML Business Services (ABS) and corporate sectors such as Finance and HR. This department is responsible for managing business demand in IT systems and enabling innovation across the enterprise.

Job Mission

We are seeking an IT Program Manager AI to independently lead a complex, multi-disciplinary, strategic program consisting of several large projects. These initiatives will have long-term strategic impact across multiple business lines and corporate sectors.

This role is central to driving process improvements through AI and automation technologies, while managing teams and aligning diverse stakeholder interests. The program is expected to span 1–2 years, requiring strong business acumen and cross-sector coordination.

Role and Responsibilities

As IT Program Manager AI, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the program, connecting business and IT perspectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the creation of program plans and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational frameworks and governance.

• Defining and driving governance and delivery of large-scale programs using appropriate methodologies.

• Applying and monitoring program management standards across multiple sectors.

• Specifying and negotiating program scope and deliverables, ensuring integration across strategic projects.

• Translating business needs into innovative solutions at the sector level.

• Overseeing resource allocation and budget forecasting for effective execution.

• Ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities within project teams and adherence to governance structures.

• Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies to build strong relationships and secure executive buy-in.

• Managing risks, issues, and dependencies across sectors, with appropriate recovery plans when required.

• Conducting program reviews and reporting progress to guide strategic decision-making.

• Driving benefit realization strategies to ensure business value delivery.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-sector programs within technical, industrial, and multicultural environments.

• Strong knowledge of organizational and process frameworks in corporate sectors (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) for effective decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large stakeholder landscapes and deliver on strategic objectives.
