Operation and incident management
Incident intake – You will support first-line operations by receiving and registering incidents primarily via helpdesk software but also in person, and by phone.
Incident management – You will pick up and support users with incoming incidents. Keep users informed and updated on the status of their incidents.
User onboarding and offboarding – Prepare hardware and software for new employees, manage application access rights, and handle hardware returns and access revocation for staff leaving our company.
Workplace support – Making sure our devices are secure and up-to-date. You will help support the modern workplace with setting up new systems, installing devices and ensuring physical workplaces are setup.
Support services
Monitoring and managing our client hardware – Act on alert notifications given by our monitoring software. Whether there alerts come from our MDM application or our anti-virus application.
Assisting in stock management – You will assist with asset and stock management ensuring sufficient hardware availability, proper registration, and assignment to the correct owner.
Based on your level of skill and eagerness to learn new things we will offer you new opportunities to learn more and gain knowledge in a broader range of systems.
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- You have a relevant Educational degree (It administrator, computer science or equivalent)
- 1 – 3 years of experience as a Support Engineer/ Support consultant.
- Good verbal and written skills in both the English and Dutch language.
- Motivated to keep up with and understand the latest developments in software and IT and translate them into opportunities for Planon.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11 is a big plus.
