Job mission
As IT Organizational Change Manager you will be responsible to drive the organizational change forward, improving the partnership with the business, leveraging their strategic partners, improving their operating model and supporting a development culture within their teams. Part of this mission is to make sure they capture their best practices and develop new solutions to improve their working practices as well as to ensure they are deployed x-department, supporting recognition from the people that their segment is a great place to work.
Role and responsibilities
To realize this mission, your job has multiple responsibilities, in the following priority:

Enhance Business & IT partnership by establishing a more integrated Business-IT governance structure;

Develop their people by developing culture, behavior, knowledge and competence to make IT & Data a top-performing sector;

Step up Sourcing & Leverage their Strategic partners by strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers to benefit their innovations and future upgrades;
-
Improve the Operating Model by improving business connection and realize more efficient IT & Data delivery and operations;
This person should invest in understanding the concerns & struggles from the teams, but also the successes and possible cross-learning.
Experience
-
5+ years’ experience with initiating and leading change programs;
-
Setting up new natural teams and processes in a matrix organization;

Project portfolio, or program management;
-
Demonstrated experience coaching SAFe way of working in an agile environment;
-
Experience in high tech industry is a pré.
Personal skills

Ability to deal with ambiguity and create structures to govern change;

Excellent stakeholder management skills, from operational level to medior management level;
