Role and Responsibilities

Within IT Solution Delivery Materials Management team, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

You are a servant leader with coaching skills and Scaled Agile experience. You support your team(s) in adopting Scrum practices, facilitate Scrum events, and continuously encourage growth toward highly autonomous and aligned Agile teams. You collaborate closely with Product Owners, RTEs, architects, and other Scrum Masters to support Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.

In this fast-changing landscape, you’ll:

  • Coach and empower Agile teams to stay focused and aligned, even amid shifting priorities.

  • Facilitate Scrum events and foster a rhythm that supports delivery and adaptability.

  • Collaborate across roles to ensure alignment between teams and domains.

  • Promote Agile maturity and continuous improvement.

  • Support cross-team coordination, especially where dependencies exist between data platforms and sector-specific analytics.

  • Create a psychologically safe and inclusive team culture, where diverse voices are respected.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.

  • 1+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments.

  • Experience in IT organizations.

  • Certified in Agile and SAFe (PSM I or CSM required; PSM II or A-CSM preferred).

  • Valid work permit for the Netherlands.

  • Ability to build and guide teams from scratch.

  • Skilled in facilitation, Agile rituals, and conflict resolution.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.

  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, team dynamics, and SAFe practices.

  • Decisive, results-driven, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.

  • Ownership mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo.

  • Strong sense of urgency, structure, and control.

  • Empathetic and collaborative, focused on psychological safety.

  • Creative problem-solver who can guide teams through change.
