As part of an ongoing transformation, the company is making significant investments in modernizing its digital and data infrastructure. To support this journey, our client is looking for a Senior AI Program Manager to strengthen its AI Portfolio team.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping, prioritizing, and delivering AI use cases within a specific domain, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across both business and technical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across multiple domains to understand business roadmaps, challenges, and opportunities, and translate these into tangible AI use cases
• Structure and evaluate incoming use case requests to ensure prioritization of the highest-value initiatives
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to align and consolidate overlapping demands into scalable, bundled solutions
• Drive the delivery of prioritized AI use cases in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Act as a key representative of the transformation office, accelerating initiatives and promoting new ways of working across the organization

Team & Reporting Line

You will report to the AI Portfolio Lead and play a key role in executing the broader transformation strategy. The team operates in a collaborative, high-energy environment that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and personal development.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting, particularly in data-driven environments
• Proven experience managing complex programs and navigating high-complexity organizational settings
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership (consulting background is a plus)
• Solid understanding of data ecosystems, including transactional systems, data management, and analytics consumption
• A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of delivery
• Up-to-date knowledge of data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies (including Generative and Agentic AI), and experience bringing concepts into production
• A combination of technical expertise and business domain knowledge
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams
• A proactive, structured, and hands-on approach, combined with accountability and ownership
• Experience with multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools such as Jira
