Introduction
ASML’s Customer Supply Chain Management organization plays a critical role in enabling the material flow that supports our cutting-edge technology. Operating within a complex, global supply network, the team ensures availability, reliability, and scalability of materials to meet customer needs.
In this role, you will be accountable for material availability for our end customers. You will be responsible for activities related to the portfolio of materials within the Global Network Operations (GNO) department of Customer Supply Chain Management. You will achieve this by working closely with internal stakeholders, logistics partners, and suppliers in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Role and responsibilities
- Work together in a team within the GNO department to meet the defined operational targets on KPIs (e.g. Fillrate and Restricted stock).
- Follow-up on forward and reverse flow activities.
- Work closely with escalation channels to monitor, manage, and resolve critical material issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports to support operational decision-making and escalations.
- Collaborate with logistics service providers (3PLs) to resolve inbound and outbound flow issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
- Initiate and implement operational improvements and process optimizations (approximately 10% of the role).
- You enjoy working (minimum) 3 days in the office at ASML Veldhoven/Eindhoven and 2 days from home.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, procurement, or consultancy within a large international organization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management processes with a planning focus.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong Excel skills.
