Objective of the Assignment
Design and establish a structured Change Management framework within an enterprise environment to enable consistent and effective adoption of organizational change initiatives.
Scope and Deliverables
- A defined Change Management framework, including methodology and guiding principles
- A structured way of working covering key phases, steps, and governance
- Defined processes, tools, and templates to support change initiatives
- A clear articulation of roles, behaviors, and adoption mechanisms required for successful implementation
- Practical guidelines for applying the framework across different business contexts
- Recommendations for embedding and scaling the framework across the organization
Approach
The Contractor operates independently, leveraging own expertise to design and structure the framework, while engaging relevant stakeholders for input and validation. The focus is on delivering a practical, scalable framework that enables sustainable adoption across the enterprise.
Duration
The assignment is planned for a period of approximately two months, focused on the design and initial setup of the framework.
