If I had to describe TTR Consultancy in three words, I would choose involved, transparent and future-proof. Being involved with the clients, but also with the candidates. ‘Involved’ is a very good match with TTR. They know what is going on with the customer and know the candidates not only on paper but also personally. The second is ‘transparent’; everything can be discussed, they keep it straight forward and open, no hidden agendas, no surprises. Third, I choose ‘future-proof’; TTR is very good at building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. They continue to invest in the relationship and grow along with it.
