Job Mission
This position is within the IGA domain of the IAM ART which currently consist of two teams. The main responsibility of the Business Process Analyst is bridging your IAM knowledge with the needs of the business in order to optimize IAM business processes. In order to do so, you maintain good relationships with our stakeholders. You are able to understand the needs of the business and know how to translate those needs into functional and non-functional specifications so we can implement effective and sustainable IAM solutions. You do this by combining our organizations needs and the capabilities and limitations of our technology (RSA Aveksa and SailPoint). Refining Epics and User stories is an important part of your job. You take the lead in further breaking down new business demand into properly written user stories that we can pick up in our sprints. This demand includes onboarding of business applications into SailPoint, migrating applications form RSA Aveksa into SailPoint and design new services and processes for SailPoint. The Business Process Analyst works closely together with the IAM IGA Product Owner, the IAM Business key users, stakeholders and the IAM IGA team where you are part of.
Job Description
Main responsibilities

Identify functional and non-functional requirements for the IAM standard processes by engaging with the business stakeholders

Identify functional and non-functional requirements for the onboarding of business applications into SailPoint
-
Contribute to the migration strategy and alignment and coordination of the migration with the business stakeholders.

Contribute to and challenge the roadmap by identifying improvements together with the business stakeholders and IT Architects.

Contribute to the scoping and definition and MVPs for the designed solutions in close collaboration with the development team.

Create functional designs, user stories and specifications, in line with the IAM architectural principles, vision, roadmap and strategy.

Validate solution designs created by peers against the IAM solution architecture

Coordinate user acceptance tests with business.

Maintaining good relationships and communication with our stakeholders by conducting interviews, workshops, presentations, timely communication on progress, providing (written) information on IAM processes, work instructions, etc.
Requested Skills
-
Min 5 years professional experience with Identity & Access Management in general;
-
Thorough knowledge of and experience with Identity Governance and Administration processes;

Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ, Experience with RSA Aveksa/IG&L is a strong pre;

Experience with migration projects from one IGA solution to another;

Experience in collecting information through research and interviews;
-
Able to summarize and communicate technical information to a non-technical audience;

Experience with defining and executing stakeholder communication plans;

Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices, and security policy frameworks;

Experience with Agile methodology
Personal skills

Strong communication skills. You are an IAM representative who enjoys it to talk to stakeholders outside our IAM ART;

You can think from the perspective of the customer and you can advocate this view into the team;

You like to detail out different processes by creating (user)documentation, process overviews, Epics and User stories;

Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Command of the Dutch language is a plus;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Highly-motivated, with a strong work ethic and able to work effectively under minimal supervision;
Education and Certifications

Master degree or Bachelor degree in a technical area, computer science or information management. Security knowledge strong preconditions;

You are in possession of a valid work permit for The Netherlands.
Context of the position

You will report to the group lead of IAM.

Within the IAM team you will align with peers and the product owner on operational planning and progress.
