Job Title: PMO Support Analyst (Security / Strategic Programs)
Location: Veldhoven
Role Overview
For a strategic security-focused program at our end client, we are looking for two proactive PMO Support Analysts to strengthen and extend our PMO team to support complex, enterprise-wide initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional PMO support and requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and an understanding of security-related domains.
You will work closely with program leadership and multiple work streams to ensure effective governance, reporting, and execution across the initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of large-scale, enterprise technology and security projects;
- Drive PMO activities including planning, tracking, reporting, and governance;
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and management reporting;
- Support executive governance forums, including steering committees and leadership updates;;PL;KL M.
- Coordinate across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and progress tracking
- Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Facilitate structured communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Support process improvements and automation within the PMO function
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation and controls
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience as a PMO Analyst or Project/Program Management professional in complex enterprise environments;
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, stage-gate, project lifecycle management);
- Experience with PPM tools, reporting automation, dashboards, and process automation;
- Strong analytical capabilities, including developing KPIs, forecasts, and management insights;
- Experience supporting executive governance and senior stakeholder reporting;
- Ability to proactively identify trends, risks, and dependencies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of security domains, such as:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Information Security
- Data Classification
- Cybersecurity
- Risk & Compliance
- Security controls and frameworks
