PMO Support Officer with ServiceNow ITBM experience

Introduction

We are looking for a solid PMO Support Officer who has experience in working with ServiceNow’s IT Business Management (ITBM) Module (IT Business Management (ITBM – ServiceNow) which is an IT project and portfolio management tool. We are about to implement ITBM and will need someone with experience to support the transition of our PM’s over to using this tool.
 

This role would continue throughout 2022.
 

Key PMO Support Officer Responsibilities are:

  • Support the our PMO Manager to maintain and enforce our project management methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects
  • Support the our PMO Manager to lead the execution of our PMO governance, reporting and review framework
  • Ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, conducting healthchecks
  • Develop and maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
  • Co-ordinate the production of all project status reports and produce portfolio summary reports (dashboards).
  • Set up and maintain systems for recording project and portfolio costs
  • Define and document procedures in accordance with our methodology
  • Advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs and change control records
  • Develop and support effective communication mechanisms between the project teams
