ASML’s Customer Support (CS) department is the vital link between Development & Engineering (D&E) and their customers’ needs. They are responsible for the installation, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at their customers’ sites. To ensure excellent support, their CS engineers must be trained on the latest processes, procedures & technologies.

Job Description
They are currently transitioning from a standard learning offering to a tailored, modular learning offering to better fit each type of role. This transition has significant operational impacts, and they are seeking a Project Lead to assess this impact and develop an operational implementation plan.
Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact of increased modularity and customizability on their training processes and operations. (incl. training demand analysis, training planning & delivery, and trainee completion)

Present various options with their respective pros and cons and propose the optimal solution.
Education and Experience:
-
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Over 3 years of experience in process optimization as a Project Manager.
-
Preferred experience in a high-tech, engineering environment.
