Senior ServiceNow SecOps Engineer

Role: Senior ServiceNow Engineer – SecOps Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow SecOps modules, including:

  • Security Incident Response (SIR)

  • Vulnerability Response (VR)

  • Threat Intelligence (TI)

  • Configuration Compliance (CC)

• Design and implement flows and scripts to automate and enhance security operations.

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party security tools and APIs.

• Provide day-to-day operational support for SecOps functionalities and ensure platform stability.

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications, flows, and integrations.

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to security operations.

Capabilities

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced ServiceNow development.

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow SecOps modules: SIR, VR, TI, and CC.

• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms.

• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners and data.

• Strong understanding of security operations, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.

• Skilled in using Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio, and Integration Hub for automation and orchestration.

• Experience in developing custom applications and working with the ServiceNow CI/CD pipeline.

• Solid grasp of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ITSM functionalities.
