I am Mark Dalmeijer, residing in the picturesque city of Den Bosch. Following the completion of my Small Business & Retail Management education, my career has taken me through diverse sectors, always with a strong focus on sales. At the moment I have been working for The Talent Recruiters for four years, serving two corporate clients in the Eindhoven region. As a Business Unit Manager – team Enterprise Accounts, I also serve as e mentor to my collegues in this team. The dynamics of stakeholder management, projects, flexibility and international character are all the factors making it a challenging role. What I find most fulfilling in my job is the shared objective of assisting candidates in finding rewarding positions while simultaneously helping clients fill their talent gaps. The essence of building bridges and fostering connections aligns with my personal strengths and resonates with The Talent Recruiters’ mission.

Out of office

Beyond my professional life, I embrace what we Dutch refer to as a Burgundian lifestyle. Having returned to my hometown of Den Bosch a year ago, I now reside in a newly developed neighborhood on the outskirts of the city center, known for its popularity among young people. This locale boasts numerous terraces, eateries, and coffee bars where I often enjoy spending time with friends. Adding to the richness of my daily life is my four-legged companion, my dog. We frequently explore the nearby nature reserve situated just behind my apartment, providing the perfect blend of vibrant city living and the serene tranquility of nature.
