In Office

Hey, I’m Rick! I am a Talent Sourcer at The Talent Recruiters. I am also graduating from my HRM studies, and I am also doing my graduation research at The Talent Recruiters! In concrete terms, this means that I work as a Talent Sourcer a few days a week, spend one day working on my final thesis and can still be found at the training course one day a week. I chose to enter the business world during my graduation because I wanted to gain as much practical experience as possible and couldn’t wait to put the theory of recent years into practice. It also gives me the perfect opportunity to get to know the industry well. The great thing about my role as Talent Sourcer is that I can make the right match between client and professionals. My goal is to create a win-win situation for both parties! I see myself as a strong communicator, as someone who stands on his feet and who is sociable. These qualities will help me make my role at The Talent Recruiters a great success!

Out of Office

Sports are my passion and my life! I play in the selection of VV Acht as a goalkeeper. You can often find me on the field at matches or training. In any case, I exercise every day, in addition to football, I also do indoor football and fitness. I relax with a tasty snack and a drink at the weekend!
