I am Wouter and I am an Account Manager at The Talent Recruiters. What greatly appeals to me about The Talent Recruiters is that it is a relatively small organization, but with great opportunities. I have found myself in a warm team that feels like a work family. As an Account Manager, I very much enjoy seeking the connection between professional and client and positioning myself as an advisor in this. Honesty, respect, and transparency are of great importance to me. My goal is to bring out the best together. I am a hard worker who is always up for a good laugh at the same time.
Out of office
I can endlessly enjoy my family (my girlfriend Daniëlla and daughter Elíza). In any case, I am a huge family person and prefer to be surrounded by people. I am a big football fan, but personally, I prefer to play a game of tennis or padel.
