As a team, we have a very close relationship and a really good vibe going on. I like the fact that it’s a very young team and that the managers are very close and treat you like equals. We have a lot of freedom and flexibility to do our work as we think is best, and everybody is always willing to support and help, learning a lot from each other by working this way. I think it’s cool that we work for big international clients where you can learn a lot from!
