Project Change Manager – Risk & Security
You provide change leadership across Risk, Security and Internal Control initiatives, ensuring new ways of working are adopted effectively. You also drive alignment and integration across broader transformation programs. Your work enables people and teams to navigate change with confidence, so the organisation can evolve while staying ahead.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of project- and change managers as well as training and communication experts responsible for guiding and implementing strategic change initiatives related to Risk, Security and Internal Control. This includes developing tailored change approaches, mentoring stakeholders, and ensuring adoption across business areas.
As Project Change Manager, you will:
- Lead various projects, planning and execution across sectors and countries.
- Lead and support various change initiatives, planning and execution ensure the organisation wide adoption and high impact.
- Coach and guide program leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders on change adoption.
- Coordinate change interventions and communications across global and local teams.
- Translate strategic change goals into actionable approaches tailored to context and audience.
- Monitor adoption, identify risks, and adjust strategies to drive sustainable outcomes.
- Contribute to the growth of the change community by building change capabilities across teams.
- Provide change management expertise across initiatives and across programs.
- Lead and execute the process of embedding the required change with the goal to have business ready to adopt and embed the impact in a sustainable way.
Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this assignment, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or a related discipline is an advantage).
- Experience business administration, project management, change management or a related field is desirable.
- Broad work experience in change management, ideally within large-scale and complex organizational development projects.
- A professional change management certification is an advantage.
- Proven ability to manage change across functional areas and business domains.
- Prove ability to effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, fostering alignment and securing buy?in across diverse professional and cultural backgrounds
- Familiarity with budgeting, change processes, and stakeholder communication in a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrates strong drive and a results-oriented mindset, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Highly agile and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently with minimal supervision.
- Works autonomously with strong ownership and accountability.
- Proactively communicates progress, risks, and decisions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Effectively manages and influences stakeholders, building trust and driving engagement across the organization.
