As Commercial Manager I am responsible for our commerce, recruitment and the daily management of the commercial teams in Eindhoven and Amsterdam. I facilitate my professional colleagues so that they can achieve the best results in their work. Because of my background in IT as a consultant combined with years of experience in recruitment/sales, I am capable of bridging the gap between the professional and client. After all, I know better than anyone what it was like to be active as a consultant. I have been able to help and advise many big and small clients in their recruitment process finding the most suitable solutions. I use this experience to help the The Talent Recruiters team to success. As a person I celebrate long-term partnerships in which everyone appreciates each other’s added value. I like to invest in relationships and am proud of that. I wil be there for my partners in both ups and downs.

Out of office

My family is the centre of my personal life and I also enjoy to play  a game of darts now and then. The aerospace sector has always been a passion of mine ever since I was little. I enjoy taking photographs of aerplanes and you will often find me piloting one in different simulators online.  

Therefore my motto in both my working and professional life is: “The sky is the limit”
