Your responsibilities and tasks:

As a Service Owner Production, you are responsible for ensuring the production services are seamlessly aligned across domains and processes. You will lead a service-oriented IT delivery approach and manage the full lifecycle of production-related IT services.

• Develop and implement an effective strategy for production services.

• Ensure all production services are tracked throughout their entire lifecycle.

Your profile and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.

• Certified in IT Service Management (ITIL v3 or v4).

• Strong financial acumen and budget ownership experience.

Als Technical Support Consultant ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor de klanten die werken met een ERP-oplossing voor productie en logistiek. Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Back-End Developer ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het (door)ontwikkelen van het in-house platform dat jaarlijks miljoenen facturen verwerkt. De organisatie beschikt over een rijke bron aan data en gebruikersinformatie die als basis dient voor verdere innovaties op het gebied van automatisering, kunstmatige intelligentie en machine learning.

Je werkt aan complexe back-end projecten met een duidelijke focus op schaalbaarheid, performance en architectuur. Je krijgt de ruimte om keuzes te beïnvloeden op gebied van design patterns, microservices-architectuur en cloudoplossingen.

Daarnaast fungeer je als sparringpartner voor collega-developers en draag je bij aan de professionalisering van het development proces. Wat breng jij mee?

• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;

Je hebt kennis van PowerShell en Terraform, bent niet vies van softwareontwikkeling en hebt uiteraard een mindset om te automatiseren en te innoveren. The Reliability & Risk Manager manages the portfolio of risk within ASML for all key production sites for Asset Management. The Reliability & Risk Manager contributes to the Industrial masterplan by (amongst others) feasibility studies and have a leading role to establish global knowledge on risks and reliability and/or standards to be applied worldwide.

Role and responsibilities

Global standards and framework

• Define the requirements that are relevant for compliance with regulations, policies and guidelines in the market, as well as the applicable guidelines or policies within ASML;
• Develop the strategies, policies, standards and tooling for Reliability and Risk Management for CRE worldwide;
• Embed reliability and risk management in the CRE business strategy;
• Responsible for the Risk Masterplan and related reliability and risk benchmarking methods, incl. risk evaluation for product, process and people in the masterplan;
• Contribute to the Industrial masterplan and have a leading role to establish global competence knowledge and/or standards to be applied worldwide;
• Define the requirements that are relevant for compliance with regulations, policies and guidelines in the market, as well as the applicable guidelines or policies within ASML or set by CRE (f.e. sustainability performance, maintainability, business continuity etc.);
• Ensure integrated process design for Asset Management design (L3/L4), incl. End-to-End process framework;
• Define and manage global Asset Maintenance libraries, incl. standard asset risk management;
• Standardize the performance criteria worldwide together with the regions, including related reporting activities and guidelines, resulting in uniform management information and insights to control and manage reliability and risk;
• Create awareness in relation to risk assessments and risk analyses within the CRE teams;

Reliability & Risk analysis and optimization

• Initiate, coordinate and/or execute risk and reliability assessments and business impact analysis in order to achieve the specifications as set in policies and/or guidelines;
• Write or coordinate Mitigation Plans to contain risks and ensure hand-over to program management;
• Assure execution of plans by assurance or quality control activities;
• Manage compliance with requirements set by the insurance company and managing the accompanying evidence/documentation.

Projects

• Validate/review (concept) designs, PIDs, FMEAs, Program of Requirements, test plans, test results for projects and participate in projects by defining user and technical requirements and acceptance criteria;
• Validate and/or conduct reviews in the design of projects;

Education and experience

Als product inrichter Axon versterk je een van de scrum teams binnen ‘Schade’. Jij bent gespecialiseerd in het configureren van de productinrichting in ons systeem Axon en helpt de vertaling van de wensen naar de mogelijkheden in het systeem en de oplossingen. Dit doe je samen met de overige vaste collega’s waarmee je samen een scrum team vormt en verantwoordelijk bent voor de implementatie van de aanpassingen.

• samen met je team configureer (bouw) en optimaliseer je de producten van a.s.r. Schade
