My name is Nuria, I come from Catalonia, a very beautiful and diverse region in Spain. I have always loved travelling and learning different languages. For that reason, I have lived in the UK & Spain, where I graduated in Psychology. My interest in different cultures and travelling brought me to start an international career in the Netherlands in 2021.
In my studies I specialized in Cognitive Psychology, the field that studies mental processes like logical reasoning, problem solving, memory, decision-making and language. Eventually I found my professional interest towards international recruitment, driven by my broad curiosity and aims of learning new things. I am passionate about finding the right people for the right teams and organizations. I find joy in assessing the soft and hard skills of my candidates and guiding them through a new step in their careers, and the same way for our hiring managers!
Out of office
Outside of the office I volunteer at the animal shelter in Eindhoven. I love animals, and basically my biggest dream in life is to own a house full of baby Huskies. I am also addicted to scary movies and Halloween parties, so Fall is my favorite season! On Wednesdays I go to Dutch lessons so I love to take the smallest chance to practice a few sentences with my colleagues.
