For our end client, we are looking for an experienced Phishing Specialist. In this assignment, you will be responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing phishing simulations as part of the broader security awareness program.
Preference is given to a specialist with experience using KnowBe4. The client operates with a KnowBe4 Super License and uses the platform extensively. However, if you do not yet have (extensive) experience with KnowBe4 but are technically strong and able to quickly familiarize yourself with new tooling, we strongly encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Set up, execute, and manage phishing simulations and campaigns.
- Provide tooling support to users and stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign results and translate insights into data, KPIs, and reports.
- Monitor and evaluate phishing campaigns and continuously optimize outcomes.
- Actively contribute to improvements in security awareness and phishing strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Phishing Specialist or in a comparable security awareness role
- Experience with phishing tooling (KnowBe4 is a strong advantage)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools
