Role and responsibilities
As a Learning Program Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic learning programs that support the development of IT & Data employees. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, expert trainers, and agile teams to ensure impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Program Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery of key learning programs such as the IT & Data Onboarding Program, Gateway Graduate Program, and IT Architect Excellence Program.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with trainers, agile teams, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
Learning Experience Design: Ensure high-quality, learner-centric experiences through effective instructional design, facilitation, and feedback integration. Continuous Improvement: Analyze program effectiveness, gather insights, and implement enhancements to improve knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
Operational Excellence: Oversee scheduling, logistics, communications, and resource management for all learning programs.
Facilitation & Coaching: Lead sessions and workshops, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Agile Mindset: Apply SAFe principles to learning program development and delivery, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to business needs.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, HR, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning program management, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira planning board is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with learning platforms such as Cornerstone On Demand and Edcast, or affinity with any other learning platforms or systems is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Affinity with IT and Agile methodologies (SAFe experience is a plus).
