Job Mission
As Organizational Change Expert – AI for IT, you will be responsible for designing and executing the change strategy that enables our IT organization to adopt AI as a core capability. You will focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and fostering a culture of learning and experimentation. Your experience in organizational change, especially in technology-driven environments, will be key to ensuring a smooth and impactful step-up.
Job Description
You will be responsible for:

Change Strategy: Develop and implement a change management plan to support the AI native step-up, including vision, key messages, and engagement tactics.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across IT, ensuring alignment and buy-in for the AI native journey.

Communication: Design and deliver clear, compelling communications about the AI step-up, tailored to different audiences and channels.

Culture Building: Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning around AI.

Learning & Enablement: Collaborate with project leads to support the rollout of AI learning paths and capability-building initiatives.

Event Organization: Plan and facilitate workshops, town halls, and other events to drive awareness and engagement.

Feedback & Measurement: Set up mechanisms to gather feedback, measure change adoption, and adjust strategies as needed.

Best Practice Sharing: Document and share lessons learned and success stories to inspire further change.

Creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Education and Experience

Master’s degree in Organizational Sciences, Information Management, Business Administration, or similar.

5+ years of experience in organizational change management.

Experience with technology-driven change, ideally involving AI or digital transformation.

Familiarity with Agile ways of working (SAFe preferred).
-
Consultancy background is a plus.
