Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for driving the successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of an IT Control Rationalization Program in the area of user access management. The program objective is to standardize user access management process and controls across in SOX scope applications. This role ensures program objectives are achieved by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, tracking deliverables, driving operational excellence, and implementing standardized processes. The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination to ensure programs remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the day-to-day management and execution of assigned programs, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and strategic objectives are achieved on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, governance frameworks, action logs, risk registers, and status reporting mechanisms to support successful delivery.
• Facilitate all workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings; capture key decisions, actions, and follow-up activities to ensure accountability and progress.
• Coordinate and track program deliverables across multiple workstreams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and issues are proactively managed and escalated when necessary.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and Steering Committee (SteerCo) updates covering program status, risks, decisions, financial performance, and key milestones.
• Drive the implementation of standardized processes, controls, documentation, and best practices while identifying opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization.
• Partner with business (HR/Sales/Finance), IT and Identity and Access Management (IAM) stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure successful adoption of program outcomes.
• Manage program resources and staffing requirements, coordinating internal and external resources to meet delivery commitments and business needs.
• Support financial management activities including forecasting, budget planning, resource allocation, cost tracking, and achievement of financial objectives.
• Monitor program risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively resolving obstacles and escalating critical matters to leadership to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead change management and communication activities to ensure stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and successful implementation of program initiative. Preferred
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation, process improvement, technology, IAM, compliance, or operational programs.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, and multiple competing priorities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project/program management certification preferred.
