Context

The ASML Security Incident Response Team is looking to further step up their Service orientation and engagement with their customers and partners in the business sectors.

The ASML Security Incident Response Team within ASML through real time detection & response minimizes the damage caused by threat actors bypassing ASML preventative security controls and protecting ASML information.

By constantly improving their understanding of the threat landscape and adapting their monitoring controls they enable ASML to operate in an increasingly hostile environment.

They work closely together with other security functions and other ASML teams utilizing their shared in depth knowledge in this effort to secure the business for all our stakeholders.

To ensure they deliver what ASML needs and to constantly improve upon their delivery we are searching for a talented person for the role of Service Delivery Manager.

 

Role and responsibilities

  • Engage with Stakeholder in structured dialogue. Stakeholders can be internal and external stakeholders including other security teams or any other ASML teams. 

  • Translate stakeholder demand into delivery objectives such as new reports, process improvements, new processes, etc.

  • Measure delivery on objectives which will be milestone based. The Service Delivery Manager will be actively working to build the necessary KPIs. 

  • Coach and collaborate with delivery teams (technology teams within security or working with IT) to focus on key results.

  • Identify barriers to excellence in delivery  (gaps or pain points in processes).

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Sciences related field

  • Experience in Security Operations environments understanding its dynamics

  • Deep understanding of security principles, threats and trends

  • Proficient in planning, executing and tracking security projects

  • Ability to motivate security teams effectively

  • Good understanding of security risk and mitigations

  • Strong knowledge of incident response procedures and best practices

  • Good understanding of Security compliance standards and regulations

  • Basic familiarity with security tools, systems and technologies

  • Good ability to generate and interpret security metrics
