Our client is one of the world’s leading suppliers of systems and components for industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture. With over 18,000 employees globally and a strong presence in more than 60 countries, including 1,500 employees in the Netherlands, our client plays a vital role in improving the efficiency and sustainability of production processes. Their IT department is now seeking a Service Owner Production to join their team at their brand-new office in Den Bosch.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
As a Service Owner Production, you are responsible for ensuring the production services are seamlessly aligned across domains and processes. You will lead a service-oriented IT delivery approach and manage the full lifecycle of production-related IT services.

Develop and implement an effective strategy for production services.

Ensure all production services are tracked throughout their entire lifecycle.

Take corrective actions when services deviate from performance standards or processes.

Provide leadership and functional direction to internal and external service delivery teams.

Coordinate with Service Delivery, Service Integration, and Business Relationship Management (BRM) to optimize business support.

Ensure alignment with the broader IT and corporate strategy.

Participate in relevant provider team reviews.

Own and track all assigned IT services across the lifecycle and maintain global accountability.

Initiate and review new business demands and translate them into IT services and application requirements.

Accountable to IT Management for the performance and strategic development of production services.

Lead service lifecycle phases from strategy and design to continuous improvement.

Drive service excellence, innovation, and standardization efforts.

Manage the full service budget (planning, calculation, and internal charging).

Promote and communicate service offerings across various business and IT levels.
- Collaborate closely with Service Managers and Global Operations for service content and performance improvements.
Your profile and qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

At least 10 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.

Experience in multi-vendor environments.

Certified in IT Service Management (ITIL v3 or v4).

Strong financial acumen and budget ownership experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
