In collaboration with our exceptional R&D community we?build and strengthen Technical Leadership, we create and deliver sustainable, impactful and scalable Learning & Knowledge Management solutions and provide our R&D employees with learning solutions and knowledge in the moment of need.

The mission of this team is to provide our R&D employees with learning & knowledge in the moment of need. As team lead you manage the activities of your team in line with the vision and strategy of our department and business. The job requires balancing between people management, stakeholder management, content and innovation. In this role you support our global R&D business. You are a member of the R&D Academy leadership team. You will work in close collaboration with the other leadership roles of the R&D Academy (Programs and L&KM Development).

Leading our team of professionals is a key element in this role. Guiding them in their personal and professional development, bringing our roadmap alive, developing their skills, further integrating Knowledge Management into the learning domain and making sure that their well-being is safeguarded is pivotal to the success in this role.

As an R&D Academy, we are a business owned academy, reporting into our biggest sector Development & Engineering. At the same time, we exist in the structure of other Academies and People Expertise. Part of this job, is to actively engage and align with topics, initiatives, best practices, and Ways of Working (WoW) set by our or other Academies and the ASML Learning & Knowledge Management Center of Expertise.

Role and responsibilities

The mission of this team is to provide our R&D employees with learning & knowledge in the moment of need. As Team Lead Knowledge Management, Innovation & Analytics, you manage the activities of your team in line with the vision and strategy of our department and business. The job requires balancing between people management, stakeholder management, content and innovation. You are responsible for:
• Lead the Knowledge Exchange & Innovation (KXI) team
• Drive & operationalize the KXI roadmap
• Implement the Self Service Model for our business
• Integrate Knowledge Management into the Learning Context
• Drive Re-Use & support the learning colleagues with the introduction of modular design.
• Increase scalability of the academy by introducing new learning technologies and building the AI/ technology skills of the learning professionals
• Implement KPIs/ Dashboards for D&E and the academy. Increase data driven decision making & measurement of ROI for our programs

Education and experience

• Academic level of thinking with extended relevant work experience;
• Profound conceptual and analytical skills
• Proven working experience in (learning) technology innovation environment
• At least 8 years of people management and leadership experience
