What do we do? 

We are the recruitment specialist in the field of IT, technology, security and finance located in the heart of the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. We are founded in 2016. Within our expertise, we connect our clients to experienced professionals both on a temporary and permanent basis. But perhaps it’s rather more important to explain how we do it instead of what we do. 

How do we do it? 

The Talent Recruiters started as Monique’s dream to start a recruitment organization that takes a different approach based on her own vision and values; a collaboration that leads to success based on mutual respect and trust. Her way of thinking turned out to hit bull’s eye, and within five years The Talent Recruiters has grown into a professional organization that is still going strong. With clients we are genuinely very proud of and a strong network of experienced professionals who work through us.
